MTNL LAUNCHES NGN MOBILE NETWORK

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today announced the commercial launch of  first IP-based mobile next generation network (NGN) to offer enhanced services to residential and enterprise customers in Mumbai.
