Telenor which is operating Uninor GSM Mobile service in India, today said that its new wholly owned Indian entity, Telewings Communications Pvt. Ltd. (Telewings), signed a partnership agreement with Lakshdeep Investments & Finance Pvt. Ltd (Lakshdeep), a company controlled by Mr. Sudhir Valia.
