MTS starts offering customer care through number 199, will discontinue existing 155 from September 1
Sistema's Indian unit, MTS India, has started offering its customer care services through 199, while the current one, 155, will stop working from the 1st of September. When we contacted, MTS care executive confirmed us the same.
