MTNL Makes Incoming Calls Free on National Roaming, Just for Rs.9

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) finally announced the launch of  FREE Incoming calls on National Roaming Plans for its prepaid and postpaid customers in Mumbai circles starting at Rs.9, valid for 2 days.
