Motorola surpasses Nokia as the fourth largest smartphone brand in India

A report by research firm Canalys disclosed that Motorola has become the fourth largest smartphone brand in India by shipping 955,650 smartphones in Q2, 2014. On the other hand, Nokia sold just 633,720 units during the same time period. The report comes as a shocker as it is quite opposite from the first quarter of 2014, when Nokia sold out 583,160 smartphones units compared to 379,310 units shipped by Motorola. The soar up in the...
