Idea Cellular today announced the launch of a special International Roaming Offer for its postpaid subscribers. Starting April 15th, Idea postpaid subscribers can avail a flat 25% discount on their mobile phone usage while traveling to UAE, USA, Singapore, UK, Thailand, China, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and Italy.
