BSNL Launches India Telephone Card with Per Second Billing

In an attempt to boost its Calling Card services, state run telecom giant Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the launch of Pan-India applicable  "India Telephone Card" (ITC Card) with per second billing for Local/STD and ISD Calls.
