COAI Warns Mobile Users against IMEI Implant by Unauthorized Players

The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) today issued a cautionary notice by media ad to those GSM mobile subscribers who have their connections disconnected due to use of handsets with non-valid IMEI and who maybe tempted to approach local retailers and other players offering to implant valid IMEI onto such handsets.
