Telecom Ministry pulls up state-run BSNL, MTNL over poor services
Following huge backlash on social media, state-run telecom firms BSNL and MTNL were issued notices by the telecom ministry for not providing quality services to the customers. About 102 notices have been issued to the departments under this ministry and 64 have been resolved.
