National telecom backbone and pan India 3G mobile service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) launched its GSM Mobile Service at the remote tribal villages located close to the Indo-China border in Himachal Pradesh circle's mountainous Kinnaur district.
