BSNL Offers the Cheapest 3G Data Tariff As of April 2014

As of April 2014 BSNL is offering 3G network covering more than 1700 towns and cities in the whole of country and is expanding the 3G coverages continuously. None of the Private Operators has covered more than 1000 towns so far.
