Airtel-Aircel spectrum trading deal gets nod from Telecom Ministry: Report

Telecom Ministry has reportedly cleared the Rs 3,500-crore 4G spectrum trading deal between India's leading telecom carrier Bharti Airtel and Aircel. Wire service PTI reported that the deal was cleared on July 4 by Ravi Shankar Prasad, who was at the helm of affairs then of the Telecom Ministry. However, Bharti Airtel has declined to comment when contacted by PTI.
