With this idea in mind, we take pleasure in launching the “TELECOM TALK CUSTOMER DESK” section – just for you, our dear readers. Feel free to speak your mind, and discuss your operator (or any operator you wish to share!) as well as your rate plan or tariff availed.

I also use “idea” i wil appretiate the voice clearity of idea but gprs using customers should be provided with economical packs,as 4 using daily 5 pack 1 must have a balance of Rs. 10.If not he can not avail that service here

yup hyderabad..voice clearity is good and data speed is good as i am using 2g under 3g network….will the same speed be available in 2g…i doubt

Whenever I contact airtel customer care for any problem, I get different answers for the same question that is being asked and the problem is never being solved. This is the situation now-a-days. My recent problem was I decided to change my network from Docomo to Airtel, I submitted the necessary documents and hence was informed that the Docomo network would be disabled and the new one would be activated within a week, but the previous network was disabled, but Airtel was not activated, it is now more than 20 days meanwhile I had visited the Chrompet customer care office… Read more »
