With contextual commerce becoming the new frontier of commerce, a startup Sellfie has launched an app that helps connect sellers and buyers through a common platform. With the new Sellfie app, the entrepreneur can click a picture of the product and put in social groups like Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp. Through the app itself, the interested buyer can send an order, ask for delivery and process the payments.
“With Sellfie, we will be able to offer a complete commerce solution to help individuals and small businesses can sell on social networks and instant messengers. We are trying to provide an avenue to these sellers to setup their business online in 30 seconds with zero documentation,” said Amrish Rau, managing director of Citrus Pay, the Mumbai-based fintech company, which owns a stake in the startup Sellfie.
Sellfie app also enables the sellers to chat with buyers and complete the orders received from multiple channels all in one place. Anybody can start using Sellfie without any documentation, said the company in the release. To collect payment, sellers can collect payments anywhere by creating a unique payment link. Also, the payment made by the buyer will get credited to seller’s account only when the buyer receives the product.

With Sellfie, anyone can create an online store presence in 30 seconds with an e-payment facility, a free website, integrated shipping and a host of other services, all through a single platform, claimed the company.
