Today, the One UI 4.0 beta program will be open for users of the flagship Galaxy S21 smartphone in the US. It is tipped that additional models could join by the end of this year. Also, it will be rolled out to more global markets in the next future.

Samsung One UI 4.0 Beta Program Live For Galaxy S21 Series In US

Usually, Samsung will launch its smartphones powered by its custom skin One UI on top of the latest iteration of Android at that time. This Samsung UI will bring in loads of customisations, including pre-loaded apps such as Galaxy Store, gesture controls, and much more. Recently, we saw that Samsung One UI 4.0, the latest generation custom skin from the company that will be based on Android 12 OS, will be delayed.

After a set of teasers regarding the same, it looks like the wait for the Samsung One UI 4.0 is over now. Today, the One UI 4.0 beta program will be open for users of the flagship Galaxy S21 smartphone in the US, claims Android Authority. The beta participants are encouraged to share their feedback with the Samsung engineers so that they can build the best version of One UI possible.

To sign up for the beta testing of the Samsung One UI 4.0 and submit your feedback, you need to have the Samsung Members app and use any of the Galaxy S21 series smartphones launched earlier this year. As of now, only the 2021 flagship models from the company are eligible for the Samsung One UI 4.0 beta program. It is tipped that additional models could join by the end of this year. Also, it will be rolled out to more global markets in the next future.

With the Samsung Members app, there will be a banner ad promoting the One UI 4.0 beta program. Users need to just tap on it and follow the instructions to try the new iteration of the custom ROM. Given that it is a beta program, not all users of the flagship Galaxy S21 devices will be able to test the custom skin.

Samsung claims that the Oe UI 4.0 version based on Android 12 was built with input from developers.
