Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Launch Could Be Nearing As Support Page Goes Live

Samsung fans all over the world have been eagerly awaiting the launch of the FE variant, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, which is due for its announcement. Given that its predecessor - the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE was unveiled last year in September, the next-generation model based on the Galaxy S21 is all set to be launched soon.

Recently, several reports have speculated that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G could be unveiled in October. Now, it looks like we have neared the launch of the upcoming Samsung smartphone in question as the support page of the device has been taken live on the official website of Samsung Germany, reports TechnikNews.

Notably, this is an early support page and it does not share any details or specifications of the Galaxy S21 FE 5G. It just shows the model number - SM-G990B/DS. Like the other smartphones in the company’s portfolio, we can expect the Galaxy S21 FE 5G to also be launched with the Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 chipset in different markets.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Rumored Specs

From the existing reports, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is expected to be launched with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is likely to flaunt an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is believed to be launched with Android 11 OS topped with One UI 3.1 pre-installed in it.

For imaging, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is likely to comprise a triple-camera setup with a 12MP primary camera sensor, a 12MP secondary ultra-wide-angle lens, and a third 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom support. At the front, it could be launched with a 32MP selfie camera sensor.

The other aspects of the upcoming Samsung smartphone in question are to include a 4500mAh battery with fast charging support of 25W and wireless charging support as well. The device is believed to be launched with 8GB RAM along with 128GB or 256GB storage space. Reportedly, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G could be launched in multiple colors including blue, violet, grey, green, and white and miss out on a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card slot.
