Samsung is already doing pretty well in the high-end segment with its Galaxy S and Note lines, and now it is planning to take the mid-range market with a storm with its new E series. The first two phones in the series are likely to be the SM-E500 and SM-E700, which have surfaced on Samsung’s website.
According to the phone’s user agent profile (UAProf), the SM-E500 features a 5-inch HD display (720×1280 pixels), and a 1.2GHz processor, which could be the Snapdragon 410 it is likely to become Samsung’s next favourite chip for the mid-range devices.
While there are not many details available at the moment, it is likely to be called the Galaxy E5 and its display could be quite impressive along with a good built like we have seen in the Galaxy Alpha series. As far as the rumors go, the device might have some of the best internal ever seen in a mid-range phone.
