Tech enthusiasts and early technology adopters alike have been waiting with bated breath for it to launch services. But even before the company’s commercial launch we have been witnessing changes in leadership and high profile exits in the pecking order. This is the third high profile exit since the past three months in Jio’s leadership. In November 2014 Steve Correa the chief of human resources had quit his position and just last month Mr. Sandeep Das the Managing Director of Jio stepped down from his position to switch over to head operations in its sister company Reliance Retail. In March last year, the company's head of innovation, Arvind Rao, had also quit to start a mobile tariff comparison and recommendation service called Bill Bachao - in partnership with Vodafone India's former senior vice president Jonathan Bill.
