PAN India BSNL Customer Satisfaction Survey: A TelecomTALK Initiative

From time to time we have been conducting surveys to understand the issues faced by telecom consumers and highlight them to operators. In a bid to provide a platform to gather consolidated feedback, we decided to initiate customer satisfaction surveys focused on individual operators. As BSNL is India’s national telecom operator we decided to start with BSNL!

We request you to fill in the survey to help us understand how you feel about BSNL’s services.

The survey would be open till 19 May 2015 after which the responses would be closed.

Why BSNL is keeping its tariff so high for BroadBand..?.. For rs.1000+ it offers just 8Mbps ..where as every private operators are giving 100 mbps speed for the same 1000+Rs.. If we consider Fibernet just for 1000+ ACT is giving 100Mbps speed with 205 gb data.. where as BSNAL is charging 1998+Tax for the same speed & data.. i.e. Rs.2000+ It appears BSNL is not interested in enlarging its consumer base and the tariffs are so designed ONLY TO HELP THE PRIVATE OPERATORS..
