BlackBerry 10.3.1 update slowed due to flickering screen issue on Passport

The BlackBerry 10.3.1 update was under the process of being circulated today, but an issue with the BlackBerry Passport had caused temporary delay in the process. Samsung denies any interest in buying BlackBerry

South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co Ltd said today that it had no plan to buy Canada's BlackBerry (BB) Ltd.
