Cyanogen, which partnered with OnePlus and YU, two new smartphone brands, have ensured quite a wide visibility for the brand. The company's upcoming Android 5.0 Lollipop-based CM12S operating system update has been awaited for quite a while, and from what we are learning now, is all set to get rolling this week itself.
Steve Kondik, the founder of Cyanogen, has just stated that the update might roll out in the next four days. The issue behind the update getting delayed was its Google Certification. He further went on to state that he will be writing up a retrospect on everything that's been happening till the update once it starts rolling out.
Off late, the top gun has been amidst quite a few controversies for his statements, but Cyanogen continues to be the choice of many Tier-2 and Tier 3 brands. We'll keep you updated with any further information regarding the update.
