The leaks reveal that the phone is going to sport a notch design on the front and it will come with dual rear cameras with a fingerprint sensor beneath it. HMD Global has also long dropped hints about this device. The leaks also point towards the fact that the phone set to launch of July 11 will be available in two storage options – 32GB and 64GB. While the 32GB variant will cost CNY 799 (approx. Rs 8,200), the 64GB variant will come with a price tag of CNY 999 (approx. Rs 10,300). The poster which hints towards the launch date of the Nokia 5.1 Plus shows the device in Blue colour. However, there are expected to be more colour variants to it.

Previous leaks have suggested that the Nokia 5.1 Plus will feature a 5.86-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) TFT display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset is expected to house the MediaTek P series or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 2.0GHz. It will be paired with 3GB/4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. For imaging, the dual rear camera setup will have a primary 13MP sensor. An 8MP front-facing camera is expected.

The phone is expected to boot Android 8.1 Oreo from the beginning itself. The battery on the device is expected to be 3000mAh. For connectivity, the phone will have 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, USB. There will also be no lack of sensors on the Nokia 5.1 Plus as it will include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and proximity sensor. The dimensions will measure 149.51x71.98x8.1mm, and the handset will weigh 160 grams.

On the same Chinese platform, where the news of Nokia 5.1 Plus broke out, there were also hints about other devices as well. Two new Nokia phones, one sporting Snapdragon 710 SoC and the other one sporting Snapdragon 845 chipset were hinted on the site. Both the phones are expected to make a reveal during the IFA 2018, in September this year. Also, the Snapdragon 845 powered device is going pack massive processing prowess thanks to the 10nm octa-core chip that includes two Kryo 360 Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Kryo 360 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.7GHz. This Nokia phone which has been codenamed 'Phoenix' will sport an 18:9 display, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage internally, and ZEISS branded optics. Although the news of these smartphones is widespread, we suggest you take it with a pinch of salt.

The Snapdragon 845 SoC device, which will possibly be called the Nokia A1 Plus has been slated to sport an in-display fingerprint sensor, and it's going to be Nokia’s 2018 flagship offering which will perhaps debut during the IFA 2018, in September this year.
