The offer quotes, MTS Prepaid Mobile customers of Tamilnadu can call any mobile or landline of any networks across India at just 49 paisa per minute for life time. In order to avail the reduced rates, one just needs to purchase a one time New e-Recharge dubbed as M SAVER-149 which comes at Rs.149, after recharging with this, all STD  and Local call charges will be just 49 paisa for any network across India for life time.
