Aksh does not keep its promises. I have been a customer for long (more than a year) and we were promised the cool and chill facility without any extra charges at the time we signed the contract.

Now Aksh have withdrawan the cool and chill facility and are asking us to convert into prepaid customer.

They are cheating its customers.

Do you know any other supplier who provides IPTV services. I will happily switch.

Cheers
Arvind

The same they lunch at Jaipur, and now no body is recharging the IPTV. The IPTV technology is wonderful but if it is stable service.
Aksh opti offering very poor performance. Now TV experience is increased by general customers and no body tolerate the poor quality.
Definite they will lose the market by lunching the Prepaid.

Best of luck Aksh.

We are the old customers of iControl and Aksh un-necessarily wants us to convert from post paid to pre-paid plan. Is there any specific reason for this forceful switchover from Rs. 100/- per month plan to Rs. 199/- per month plan. Why to pay extra, if no additional services are required by customer?
