MTNL Discounts BlackBerry Mobiles Price Upto 6K

mtnl-blackberryIn a bid to further popularize BlackBerry Mobile service, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), India’s first 3G mobile service operator, today announced the reduction in the cost of Blackberry handset for its GSM Mobile subscriber in Delhi & NCR telecom circle.

MTNL has announced a price cut up to Rs.6000 for three BlackBerry Mobile Handset Blackberry 8000, Blackberry Curve-8310 and Blackberry-8700G.

Now With MTNL (Delhi) the Blackberry-8000 will be available just at Rs.28000 (existing price Rs.34000), Blackberry Curve-8310 at Rs.20000 (existing price Rs.24000) and Blackberry 8700G at Rs.11000 (existing price Rs.14000). The offer is valid till 17 December 2009.

Blackberry is for business users, not the common folk… so it is appealing and necessary for that group of people.
BTW, how is BSNL blackberry services going? Heard they failed to impress people with their blackberry services? (as they always do on other stuff)
