MTNL 3G Festival Prepaid Pack With Free Data Usage of 25MBIn a bid to further popularize 3G Mobile service, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), India’s first 3G mobile service operator, today announced the new Festival 3G Prepaid Pack and also increased the FREE Data usage cap in all its 3G service tariff plans at free of cost for its customers in Delhi circle.

The new 3G Prepaid pack comes at Rs.149 (100 for 3G SIM +49 for FRC) with life time validity and Free Data usage of 25MB plus 30 FREE Video calls . With this prepaid pack customer can make local Voice call as well as Video Calls to MTNL network at 20 paisa and 50 paisa for other local network. All STD Voice call and Video calls will be chargeable at 75 paisa. Other terms and conditions will be as per 3G prepaid plans .

Keeping  the plan charges same MTNL also doubled all the Data caps of all existing 3G tariff plans. Now MTNL 3G subscribers will be eligible for the new Double Data caps from 8th September, 2009 at the existing rates.

MTNL Delhi’s Postpaid and Prepaid 3G 99 plan users will now get 100 MB Free Data usage for the same price of Rs.99, while with 3G250-500MB, 3G450-1GB, 3G750-2GB and 3G2500-Fully Unlimited without any FUP from today. MTNL Delhi has also launched two new 3G plan 3G50 with 30 MB data usage and 3G1500 with 15 GB data usage and 100 Video calls. The data usage rate beyond the free usage is reduced to Rs.2/- per MB (Pulse of 10 KB) instead of existing Rs.3/- per MB more on the click here

I thought it will be also available in mumbai 🙁 they are also giving 3G SIM for 100 Rs. 🙁 NOT FAIR MTNL
