A few days ago, we reported that Motorola is working on their cheapest Android smartphones ever, the Moto C and C Plus, which are said to be priced at Rs. 6,000. Motorola is working on other smartphones as well- Moto E4, E4 Plus, and the flagship Moto Z2, which was also leaked in its full glory. Following the Moto Z2, the Moto C and C Plus are also rendered in two new 360-degree videos, courtesy of Android Authority.

In-line with the earlier rumours, both the Moto C and Moto C Plus will come in four colour options- gold, red, silver, and black. The Moto C and C Plus both sport 5-inch displays, but the screen resolution will be different. The Moto C packs in a WFVGA screen with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, while the C Plus comes with an HD screen with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution.

The Moto C comes with a thickness of 10mm, whereas the Moto C Plus measures 10.2mm (9.1mm without camera bump) in thickness. Both the phones will house different MediaTek chipsets. The Moto C will come in two versions- a 3G model and a 4G one, and the Moto C Plus will just be a 4G phone. The 3G variant of the Moto C will use a 32-bit quad-core MediaTek chip clocked at 1.1GHZ, whereas the 4G variant will come with a clock speed of 1.3GHz. On the other hand, the Moto C Plus uses a 64-bit MediaTek SoC clocked at 1.3GHz.

Both the phones have support for microSD card slot for storage expansion. The RAM on Moto C is limited to just 1GB, but the C Plus comes with 1GB/2GB storage options depending on the market.

The Moto C and C Plus looks identical to each other in the renders, but the C Plus has a camera bump on the rear, same as the Moto G5 Plus. So, Motorola is looking to give a camera bump for all the Plus models they release this year. The Moto C packs 2350mAh battery, and the C Plus weighs in a beefy 4000mAh battery. The rear panel on bot phones is removable, allowing the user to replace the panels with another colour.

As said earlier, Motorola will price the phones under $100 (approx. Rs. 6,000) price bracket, and they will be unveiled next month or at the Lenovo Computex event at the start of June.
