Messed Up Website of DOTDo you know Siddharth Behura? May be yes, may be not. Because we do not often remember people working in Govt not as a minister.

He was the Secretary of Department of Telecommunication (DoT) from January 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009.

That was the time when A. Raja gave away 122 2G licenses t0 new operators and Behura signed the files leading to the allocation of the licenses.

Behura's predecessor, D S Mathur, had refused to sign the files which had delayed the grant of the licenses.Following the rattling the cage of 2G scam by CBI, Sid Behura was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on February 2 along with R K Chandolia and A Raja himself.

Now if you look into website of Department of Telecommunication - http://www.dot.gov.in/rti/teldir.htm you will find out current Secretary of DOT as Shri R. Chandrashekhar and his email id is also given as secy-dot@nic.in but if hyperlink put with the text is mailto:sidbehura@yahoo.co.in which is expected to be personal email id of Sid Behura.

Without any further analysis, we now ask whats your take on this ?
