LG Q6 is Now Official With Full Vision Display and Comes in Three Variants

As teased, LG made the LG Q6 official today with mid-range specs and Full Vision Display taken directly from the flagship LG G6. The company says that its the first phone to be offered in the new Q6 mid-range lineup, which offers premium features at a competitive price.

The LG Q6 comes in three options with the differentiation made in the RAM and internal storage. The three variants are- LG Q6, LG Q6+, and the LG Q6a. All the three variants are powered by the entry-level octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset, but the RAM and internal storage differ with every variant.

The standard LG Q6 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage, while the LG Q6+ comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The LG Q6a is the smaller variant of the three with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The LG Q6 comes in four colour options- Astro Black, Ice Platinum, Mystic White and Terra Gold. The LG Q6+ comes in Astro Black, Ice Platinum and Marine Blue colours, while the LG Q6a will arrive with Astro Black, Ice Platinum and Terra Gold hues.

All the three variants of the LG Q6 come with a 5.5-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. The display is also protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass technology.

LG-Q6-Series

The LG Q6 comes with a single rear camera of 16MP along with a 5MP wide-angle selfie camera. LG has also added a facial recognition feature to unlock the smartphone, and a 3000mAh battery backs the entire package.

The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based LG UX. Furthermore, LG said that the battery units used in the LG Q6 have taken through various security checks to make sure the safety. The device will be up for sale in key Asian markets starting August, which might include India as well. LG did not reveal the pricing of the phone.
