iVoomi i1 and i1S Smartphones With 18:9 Display, Dual Cameras Listed Online at Rs 5,999 and Rs 6,999

Chinese brand iVoomi is now gearing to launch two new smartphones in the Indian market on January 10. The smartphones are iVoomi i1 and i1S. Like it did the entire last year, iVoomi is bringing some exciting features such as 18:9 display and dual camera setup to an entry-level price point with both these smartphones. Ahead of the official launch, Flipkart, the e-commerce giant has listed both the iVoomi i1 and i1S on its portal.

The iVoomi i1 and i1S are listed only for Rs 5,999 and Rs 6,999 respectively, and they will be up for sale exclusively on Flipkart starting January 10. Both the smartphones will be available in two colour options- Jade Black and Platinum Gold.

iVoomi i1 and i1S Specifications and Features
As stated, both the iVoomi i1 and i1S offers an 18:9 display which is a rarity in the affordable price segment. Both the iVoomi i1 and i1S flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Both the devices will be powered by a MediaTek MT6737m chipset. The differences between the iVoomi i1 and i1S are in the RAM and memory configurations.

The i1 has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card. The i1S features 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card.

Another highlight of both the phones is the presence of dual rear cameras. A 13MP primary RGB sensor is coupled to a secondary 2MP depth sensor. So, the phones may offer a Portrait mode for capturing images with bokeh effect. Up front, both the phones offer an 8MP camera.

Below the dual rear setup at the back, there's a fingerprint scanner. These are the first smartphones from iVoomi to sport a fingerprint scanner. They boot Android 7.0 Nougat, and they're backed by a 3000mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port.

Overall, iVoomi is offering decent smartphones for the asking price. The company had a decent 2017, and now hoping for a great 2018 starting with the iVoomi i1 and i1S. What do you think of these upcoming smartphones iVoomi? Let us know by commenting below.
