iBall has expanded its tablet portfolio in the Indian market with the launch of iBall Slide Enzo V8. The tablet is priced affordably at Rs 8,999, but it packs mediocre hardware, which is sort of expected in a tablet. The highlight of the Enzo V8 is the support for 4G LTE and VoLTE, and it even comes with an IPS display on the front. Also, iBall has preinstalled all the Microsoft apps such as Outlook, LinkedIn onto the tablet, so it comes with both Google and Microsoft applications for serving the day-to-day needs of consumers.

Speaking about the specifications of the iBall Slide Enzo V8, it flaunts a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels, meaning it's an HD display, not a Full HD panel. iBall has powered the tablet with an unspecified quad-core chipset, which is coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.

Optics in the tablet include a 5MP sensor at the rear, followed by a 2MP sensor to the front. iBall has added an LED flashlight to both the cameras to help in situations where there's no light. The camera app also comes with modes such as face beautification, self-timer and burst mode for continuous shots.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and a micro USB port. It even has USB OTG support. It boots Android 7.0 Nougat based custom UI on top and is backed by a 3500mAh battery. It also has support for 22 regional languages.

As you can see, the specifications of the iBall Slide Enzo V8 are mediocre and doesn't even justify the asking price. In fact, we get these specifications on the Rs 4,999 Tenor D (first impressions) smartphone. If you're looking for a big sized device (maybe a phablet), then we suggest you get the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 smartphone which is priced at Rs 13,000.
