Chinese smartphone manufacturer Gionee has released a teaser for what appears to be the world's thinnest smartphone. The teaser image displays the various iconic smartphones such as the Motorola Moto V8, Apple iPhone 4, Motorola Moto RAZR and Gionee's own Elife S5.5. All these devices had set the trends by being the slimmest during their respective launches. Currently, the Gionee Elife S5.5 is the thinnest smartphone in the world with a waistline of just 5.55 mm and if the teaser is anything to go by, the next smartphone in the Elife S series will be even thinner.
