but BSNL data cards provide good offer at low cost than others.

Before doing all these tata should improve their network quality for EVDO users. they promises to give 3.1 Mbps(with a tricky “up to” option) but i9n reality the speed never crosses 1.8 Mbps. and on top of that the avg speed always remain under 800 kbps…. photon+ really sucks
