There' no shortage of local broadband service providers in India. In fact, local ISPs are providing much better service and affordable broadband plans than the pan-India players. One of the local service provider offering services in several parts of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana is Excell Broadband whose broadband plans start at as low as Rs 499 with 300GB monthly FUP and goes up to Rs 3,000 with 1.2TB FUP per month. And the Internet Service Provider (ISP) is offering up to 100 Mbps of connection. Excell Broadband has revised the broadband plans at the start of this month in all cities where it's offering services, sans Hyderabad for some unknown reason.

Excell has its operations in some of the popular cities such as Visakhapatnam, Vizag, Hyderabad, Tenali, Rajahmundry, etc. Users can check the entire list of cities by heading over to the company's website.

In some cities, Excell Broadband is providing services as Single User Plans, and in some cities, the services are being rolled out as Single User and SOHO plans for small businesses and enterprises. The Single User plans in most of the cities start at Rs 499 and goes up to Rs 1,699 (varies with the city).

In Vijayawada, the base Rs 499 plan offers 50 Mbps download speed and 300GB FUP per month, followed by the Rs 699 plan that also offers 50 Mbps download speed up to 400GB. Excell Broadband is offering 100 Mbps broadband connection over Rs 1,000 as in the Vijayawada city, customers have a Rs 1,499 plan with 100 Mbps download speed and 800GB of FUP per month. Speaking about the SOHO Plans, the SOHO-Ultimate plan worth Rs 2,999 gives 50 Mbps download speed with 2TB data limit per month, followed by the SOHO-Premier plan of Rs 4,999 with 100 Mbps download speed and 4TB limit per month.

As mentioned above, Excell did not update its broadband plans in Hyderabad and in the city, they're still offering lower FUP as earlier. The Rs 499 plan gives 200GB of FUP per month as compared to 300GB FUP in other circles. The Rs 1,699 plan in Hyderabad offers 100 Mbps connection with 1TB FUP per month, while in some cities, the same plan is giving 1.2TB of FUP.

On top of these plans, Excell Broadband is also providing a free one-month subscription for users availing the connection on six-months rental and two months free subscription for yearly advance rentals.

On the whole, Excell has established a strong foothold in the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana circle, where the majority of users consider ACT Fibernet over any other broadband player. However, Excell Broadband's plans are affordable and come with better FUP than ACT Fibernet plans.
