Vi is urging customers to provide feedback on network experience , post which customers are eligible for delight offer.
Eligibility: All Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers are eligible for GIGAnet offers.
How? Customers need to use the Vi App to provide feedback about their network experience.
Benefit Applicability : Offer benefits will be over and above the recharge product benefits
Main Intention: The purpose of this offer and procedure is to know customers' valuable views and feedback regarding VI network.
Duration Period: 24 Sept 2020 - 23 Oct 2020

Submitted the feedback for my postpaid connection and the benefit gifted is as below:
10GB Free Data for 2 Billing Cycles.
Data benefits were added to account within 10min and very well reflected against the overall data quota.
