Vodafone IN Prepaid connections should migrate in Idea prepaid, both brands must continue Red & Yellow. Postpaid will manage by Vodafone IN & Prepaid will manage by Idea.
This will increase cost, they should retain only Vodafone brand, idea brand is not so popular Vodafone brand has global presence.
@CellOne-!dea-Airtel. That would be a thoughtless thing in a branding and consumer perspective. Managing 2 brands for nothing would be waste of money + confusion.
Am waiting for some fixes for the glitches with are a result of the integration process.
Why Vodafone idea not announced Q4 results of FY 19-20? Is management not wanted to make any comment on earnings call ?
It is announced in midnight. Trust me it is very very bad.
1. 11k crore of loss
2. Certain long term loans have become current and short term and needs to be paid immediately as voda idea earnings hurts and future uncertainty and banks wants that money to be paid this year only. Voda idea is talking to banks on this but banks are not budging . It is 27k crore. So this is now another issue that voda idea needs to sort out apart from AGR . If banks don't agree then voda idea says they will have to shut down.
3. 1.3 crore customers loss in Q4. This is massive and indicates company is not able to hold its subscribers. Capex is down by 90% which is the reason customers are leaving as investment goes down in network.
4. Cash balance is 2400 crore in Q4. Imagine what will be cash balance left now????
This is perfect recipie of disaster and look alike how aircel and rcom was in its last days
here in rajasthan idea sim cards slowly removed
only vodafone sim card can purchase
2nd point is very critical for Vodafone to survive. Looks like before AGR verdict Vodafone
