AFAIK (As Far As I Know) the app asks you how you want to connect + Shows the number (with International Dialling Code such as +1, 00, etc.) Hence the problem is with the DUMB user not his SMART phone.

Amit if a user is so DUMB that he doesnt know when his phone is making an International call ... then he should not be using even a prepaid plan!

@ Hello All the Data is for use, the Voice Calls are unlimited (Local and National) - who is asking the user to make International Calls? His SMART PHONE and SMART APP.

Anyone else getting the warning today that telecomtalk dot com has been blocked by DoT? I've got it many times today as well as err_connection_reset error on trying to visit TT. But then it opens randomly. Looks like TT is going to be blocked for promoting Chinese products.
