Well India is way ahead in availability and lower cost of data, so the load on network is higher which leads to lower speeds.
Broadband FUP is still too low at 1 mbps, time to push it to atleast 2 mbps, will take some load off network
Who cares about China occupied countries?
Only rich people get these services there.
First, let the pricing be on par with global standards, then it justifies comparing speeds on a global level.
