Hathway collect 90 day subscription. Got disconnected in 13 days complaint made still 79 days after technical problem not solved till today. Even we complained. With in app, deRated app and & made complaint in app comment still no response. In 2 Days subscription expires. then who is customer they don't remember

Actually I have broadband connections under ONGC CAMBAY Corporate connection with plan ONGC_UL_6MBPS_1M plan.
They charged more then common plan to me and

GTPL Hathaway has got the poorest customer service. They charge you for 6/9/12 months in advance and then their is no network and even no support from their end.
I am a cybersecurity consultant in a private company and I am working from home. It's been more than 20 days my GTPL broadband is dead. I have been calling them every day but the support executives are doing nothing but testing my patience.
This is pathetic...!!
