I watched kerela bsnl youtube video i which they say we can use landline within wifi range of home in smartphone to make calls through a third party app like gs wave same like jiofiber but ican't find any such video or article which says how to do that even bsnl guys also don't know this they say are u must be talking about wings
can anyone help me and others how to use our smartphone to make call's via landline number on bsnl ftth

BSNL officially calls this facility LFMT (Limited Fixed Mobile Telephony) but there is no dedicated app for the same. You can use GS Wave or possibly other SIP softphones on your Android, iOS and other OSs. BSNL plan of 499 fiber looks like lowest offering with fiber network, but, there is some additional cost incurring here, like if the main line is 1 km away from our home, we have to pay around INR 10,000 for the cable alone, where the other providers are offering the cabling for free, actually jio has laid cables in all corners. If bsnl offering the cabling too for free, it will be a real competition to other providers
