bsnl has coverage where private companies do not erect towers due to low revenue.

SO,DEAR, AS you read the whole article precisely so it takes 8 days on foot to reach so satellite link is used, as there were no fibre optic cable available due to terrain , so my question arises how its possible to provide such bandwidth without ofc cable so 2g is foundation to connect the deprived people with the other part of country.

Note- It is easy to criticise but the hard work to start 2G network in that tough terrain must be praised. If one of the people who was part of team who worked hard for this will be offended by your comment surely as it is easy to criticise.

Nah, They should have just started 4G directly. No point in 2G, or even 3G nowadays.

In the era of 4g network,BSNL has launched 2g network in this area.the NDA govt is the actual responsible for BSNL slow death.Govt. should revive this company.launching 2g network in this area, denying their "internet right" in this area.It is also total waste of public tax payers money. In past year, Airtel launched 4g in arunchal Pradesh.R.I.P BSNL and R.I.P Digital India.
