so with above discussion or statements gathered, what is the conclusion.. 

 

What is your opinion.. do you think only Chennai and Bangalore are places in India with broadband services.. you should also cover  others regions..

BSNL broadband plans are good only to read in news. Neither their customer care executive, nor online registration get any response from them

I totally agree My BSNL FTTH connection at Kolkata is dead and complain registered 50days before but no body attended, no body called, no body to meet at their office, even twitter posts from @uma2576 gets into deaf ears. I would advice to opt for Airtel fiber or Jio fiber.
