@Bindu Sharma Oh, then you must be a Distributed High Potential ARPU customer! (I considered the head count - ignoring that your company pays for two numbers). Atleast for this reason we should be allowed to use multi connections. I use 5 (3 Postpaid, 2 Prepaid) connections. Some 4-5 years back, the aggregate amount which I used to pay be around 3000+ monthly for all my connections; now it is 1600-2000.

@srikapardhi In the current business scenario if a user is spending Rs 600 to Rs 750 per SIM can be taken as a high ARPU customer but looking at the condition of the industry per SIM if operators started charging Rs 2500+( im believing) for both voice and data can only do justice for telecom operator to retain the business in the long run elz not sure how can operator pay back to its lenders and investors back ?

@Idea/ Vodafone will survive..No more jio lover no - Like I said earlier, when it keeps changing I do not want to take a position. It may be one red today, another red tomorrow or Honolulu Blue/Gray/Red the next day. I enjoyed RED plans too 🙂

Btw, on a personal front, can you please rename your name to a shorter and effective one?

@Bindu Sharma Oh! If that is the case, even when I'm on a HV plan, I neither experienced nor I was made to feel or be treated like a High ARPU customer ☹️ May be some mess at the backend... and I really do not like that.

Which customer cares about Industry? 😆

One common sentence I hear - We are watching because they are giving! When it changes, we stop 🤣 Make the Most of Now kind. But a few HVCs should make a difference than........

I personally do not mind paying the price, provided I feel the experience. As I was already paying such a price earlier it shouldn't hamper my up-gradation/onboarding with an enhanced experience and technology(4G+ Scenario now).
