I'm confused looking at the confusion of airtel on what is this self-care app of airtel called?!
Some days the naming convention appears to be 'Airtel Thanks', and now it is 'Airtel' - may be a branding campaign? Not sure.
Anyways, The app on iOS now allows users to ASK it!
Voice functionality for help via commands to be specific.
