Sparkle Signs MoU With LPTIC for New Submarine Infrastructure Linking Libya to Italy and Europe

Sparkle, the first international service provider in Italy, has announced the signing of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Libya Postal Telecommunication and Technology Holding Company (LPTIC).
