Bynder, an AI-powered Digital Asset Management (DAM) company, announced a series of AI innovations at the NRF retail show in New York. These advancements build on the company's AI capabilities to help global brands create personalized content experiences across digital channels, according to the company.

Natural Language Search functionality
The company revealed its new Natural Language Search functionality, which allows users to quickly find images by simply describing them in plain language, with support for all major languages. This advancement builds on Bynder’s existing suite of AI-driven tools, including similarity search, text-in-image recognition, and facial recognition, already used by over 500 global brands.
Duplicate Image Finder
Bynder also unveiled its next-generation Duplicate Image Finder, an AI-powered feature designed to detect and remove duplicate images from DAM systems. According to the company, this feature allows brands to streamline asset management with just a few clicks, ensuring an organised content library.

CX Omnichannel solution
For retailers integrating video content into their omnichannel strategies, Bynder also showcased updates to its CX Omnichannel solution. The new capabilities include adaptive video streaming directly from the DAM, closed captioning support, and advanced performance analytics.
