State-run telecom operator BSNL has introduced two “Mini Packs” data plans with single days validity, as tariff war in the Indian telecom sector intensifies. The data plans launched as part of BSNL’s limited period Special Tariff Voucher (STV) come with high-speed 3G internet. The new BSNL Mini Plans are Rs 7 and Rs 16. This new offering from BSNL comes right after the Maximum Plan of Rs 999 announcement.

BSNL Rs 7 Plan
The BSNL Rs 7 Plan comes with a 1GB of internet data valid for a period of the single day for prepaid customers. There’s no other benefits bundled with this pack. The price, however, may vary in the range of Rs. 7 to Rs. 9 from circle to circle based on market conditions.

BSNL Rs 16 Plan
The second is BSNL Rs 16 plan that offers 2GB of high-speed internet browsing for a period of one day. The price of this plan may vary from Rs 16 to Rs 19 depending upon the availability in the circle.

These Mini plans are a great choice for customers who have rather limited internet usage. These packs are also beneficial for prepaid users who exhaust their daily internet limits. The affordable pricing makes these Mini packs ideal for your pocket too.

In addition to Mini Packs BSNL announced a new ‘Maximum’ prepaid plan. The pack is the best option for those who have long-term internet needs.

BSNL Rs 999 Maximum Plan
The plan costs Rs 999 and offers benefits for one year. High-speed data is limited to 1GB per day. The plan also offers unlimited voice calls both local and STD for a period of 181 days. Post 181 days, the data remains free while the calls are chargeable at 60 paise per minute.

It also provides customers 100 free SMS per day with the plan for 181 days, and after that, each local SMS will be charged at 25 paise and 35 paise per national SMS. Also, BSNL Maximum plan is the best option for those who need an internet connection for the long term.

BSNL introduced these Mini and Maximum plans a couple of days ago on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. All the said plans are available in all the circles where BSNL has its operations.
