I converted my prepaid 9419753997 into postpaid 99 due to ban in JK.Now i recieved a bill with activation Rs100,Recurring charges 183 and usage charges 214.The recurring charges may be the rent and should be Rs 99,but the charges of Rs 183 are not justified. can anybody reply my comment

I have a terrible experience at the hands of BSNL-Kashmir. My post paid mobile No 9419442611 has incoming call facility withdrawn since more than a year now. At no time have I defaulted in payments and always there has been a credit balance with BSNL. Its local franchisee DICKSONS has lodged COMPLAINTS with local office more than a dozen times. I have personally called the Helpdesk No of BSNL more than 50 times.
Outgoing local, STD and ISD facility is operational but “incoming facility withdrawn”. Reason- No reason. May be. I wonder why my outgoing call facility should not be withdrawn.
