According to a report from KeralaTelecom.Info, BSNL has extended the validity period of the Experience Unlimited BB249 plan until September 30, 2017, for all the circles, minus Jammu Kashmir & Andaman Nicobar areas. This essentially means that customers can choose the plan till September 30, 2017.

Last month, we also reported that BSNL extended the validity of the BB249 plan from six months to one year. This essentially means that you can get unlimited internet for one year at just Rs. 249 per month. Previously, the plan was valid for six months, after six billing cycles, BSNL used to shift the users to BBG ULD 499 plan. But now, customers will be shifted to BBG ULD 499 plan after one year.

Aside from the validity extension for another three months, BSNL did not make any changes to the plan, and it gives the same 2 Mbps download speed up to 1GB and 1 Mbps speed post the FUP of 2GB. Also, the post FUP speed remains 1 Mbps until the end of the month irrespective of the data you consume.

As said earlier, BSNL has modified the plan, and it now comes with a validity of one year, which is the best part of the plan. In addition, the BB249 plan also offers free voice calling to any network in India between 9 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and on Sundays there’s no time limitation.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions of the BB249 plan are also the same. This plan is applicable only for the new users of BSNL Broadband connection and is also available with the BSNL Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) service. Also, BSNL will waive off the installation charges if a consumer willing to opt the BB249 scheme.
