India's National Telecom Backbone and leading telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) announced that it's 3G GSM mobile and High Speed Wireless Internet services (3.5G Data services) are now available in 65 cities/towns across the Bihar and Jharkhand telecom circle on postpaid and prepaid platform.
The next generation BSNL 3G Mobile and High Speed 3G Wireless Broadband Data services are now available in Patna, Saharsa, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Hajipur, Katihar, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Munger, Darbhanga, Supaul, Arrah, Buxar, Barauni, Begusarai, Kahalgaon, Aurangabad, Bodh Gaya, Jamui, Jamalpur, Lakhisarai, Sitamarhi, Madhepura, Chapra, Gopalganj, Siwan, Kishanganj, Samastipur, Bhabhua, Bikaramganj, Dalmia Nagar, Sasaram, Purnia, Khagaria, Narkatiaganj, Ramnagar, Bagaha, Bettaah, Banka, Madhubani, Jehanabad, Mahnar, Araria, Sheikhpura, Sheohar, Rajgir, Bihar Sharif, Barh, and Nawada in Bihar state.
While in Jharkhand, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Ramgarh, Latehar, Simdega, Khunti, Hazaribagh, Deoghar, Jamtara, Pakur, Koderma, Godda and Gumla are 3G enabled cities.
Recently BSNL crosses One Million 3G GSM Mobile and Data service subscriber mark and offers it next generation 3G services in more than 437 cities across India.
